Brother Nelson Fleming serves as Director of Music Ministries at Mt. Harmony and has held various roles on the music staff since 1992. His ministry goal is for everyone attending our services to worship in spirit and truth, using their gifts to fully express devotion to our Lord and Savior. Nelson is also the pianist for the Sons of Jubal, a men’s chorus that spreads the gospel throughout the state with concerts of praise and proclamation.  He is also into fitness and owns several GNC franchises across the metro area.

Celeste has been the Office Administrator for Mt. Harmony since August of 2026, aiming to serve and connect the community with God at the center of this mission. She has been married to her husband Dalton since 2022, sharing a love of far-off adventures and communing with friends. Personal downtime for her looks like reading a good book or expressing creativity through art. She’s eager to use her gifts for this church family!

Nicole Hackney is a self-professed lover of all things outdoors who doesn’t take herself too seriously. Kayaking and hiking often call her name, and she believes that “you have to pack someone else’s parachute to continue on your adventure.” She is a proud mom of two beautiful boys, Atlas and Gunnar, and has an amazing husband named Jason. Nicole holds a master's degree in early childhood education with a Leadership endorsement and brings more than twelve years of teaching and administrative experience in education. As a leader and collaborator, Nicole’s main goal is for students to experience meaningful growth both academically and spiritually; for parents to feel supported, accepted, and part of a community; and for educators to feel understood, acknowledged, and encouraged so they can continue serving as facilitators of learning for their students. She looks forward to beginning this new journey and becoming part of the Mount Harmony WEE School family!
