Meet Our team

  • Nicole Hackney

    NICOLE HACKNEY

    Wee Director

Hello my name is Nicole Hackney,  I’m a self professed lover of all things outdoors, that doesn’t take herself too seriously. Kayaking and hiking call my name often and I believe that you have to pack someone’s parachute to continue on your adventure.  I’m a mom of two beautiful boys Atlas and Gunnar and have an amazing husband named Jason. I have a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education with a Leadership endorsement and have an educational background of more than twelve years of teaching and administrative experience.

My main goal as a leader and collaborator is that I want students to experience meaningful growth both academically and spiritually; for parents to feel supported, accepted and a part of a community and for educators to feel understood, acknowledged and supported so that they may be continued facilitators of learning to their students. I look forward to starting this new journey and being a part of the Mount Harmony Wee school family!

  • MARTHA BROXTON

    oFFICE/flOATER

Martha is no stranger to the WEE program as she has been with the program when it first started as a Mother’s Morning Out program in 2001. Since then, Martha has been a teacher in all ages and has loved on more children than we can count. Ms. Martha is a great resource to this church and WEE community, and we wouldn’t be able to run our school without her. Ms. Martha can be found in the office laminating, copying or cutting out supplies or in a classroom getting her hands dirty in play dough and sensory bins alongside of the kids. Ms. Martha loves each and every kid and says summer is her least favorite months as she is not at school around the kids.
